candy shop is a 4 member k-pop girl group under brave
entertainment. the name candy shop means "CAtch N Draw
Youth", representing the groups concept of capturing moments
of youth, with "shop" representing the space where fans and
artist meet.
they debuted march 27, 2024 with the title track "good girl"
from their e.p. "hashtag#". the original line-up consisted
of the members soram, sui, sarang, and yuina. however, may
8, 2024, brave entertainment announced yuina would be going
on a medical hiatus temporarily, and that another member
would be added to the line-up in order to continue
activities as a 4 member group. on may 14, julia was
announced as a new member. following this, candy shop made
their first comeback and debuted their new line-up june 12,
2024 with the title track "don't cry" from the ep "girls
don't cry". on march 12, 2025, candy shop made a comeback
with a digital single titled "tip toe", utilizing a sample
of the song "ma boy" by sistar. in december of 2025, yuina
finally made her first public facing appearance since
leaving candy shop by creating sns accounts on instagram and
tiktok, unofficially confirming her departure from the
group. as of writing this, candy shop have had no further
comebacks.

announcements are made by brave entertainment that they will be debuting a 4 member girl group. on january 12, the name for this group was revealed to be candy shop.
february 2024
on february 12, the groups official social media accounts were created with group profile photos being released. sui was revealed first, then sarang, then soram, and finally yuina.
march, 2024
on march 1st, the debut was announced for march 27th. teasers were released on they finally debuted with the ep "Hashtag#" on march 27th.
may, 2024
on may 8, BRAVE announced yuina's medical hiatus from the group and that they would be adding a new member so candy shop could continue as 4. on the 14, julia was announced as the final member and a comeback was slated for the following month.

candy shop released the song "don't cry" off the ep "girls don't cry" on june 12.

a digital single comeback was released on march 18th which would sample the sistar song "ma boy".
