It has recently come to the attention of several CANDER that there are accounts on multiple platforms impersonating the members of Candy Shop for their own gain. They are using officially posted SNS content to pretend to be members of Candy Shop under the name CHERISH, a fake group created by an account pretending to be a real company in South Korea. This fake "company" has been known to impersonate members of the group Queenz Eye for a similar scheme.

Combating and taking down the impersonation accounts is of immediate concern to Brave Entertainment for several reasons. First, this account is using intellectual property not belonging to them for personal gain, attempting to grow a social media following from this misuse. Second, potential fans of Candy Shop are being misinformed and are under the impression that this "group", CHERISH, originated content released by Brave Entertainment, such as prior musical releases belonging to Candy Shop. This means people are being encouraged to become fans of this fake group from interacting with this stolen content.
